In addition there is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

A 28’’ TV with satellite channels is located in the lounge downstairs. Included is a Hi-Fi system with CD, cassette and radio player.

The modern spacious living room has a fire place, a triple sofa and comfortable chairs The lounge has Air-Conditioning.

The kitchen has all the appliances and conveniences of any home, including a microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, gas hob with air extractor, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and other general kitchen utensils.
